Rescheduling with notice
If you need to postpone and provide at least 48 hours’ advance notice, your deposit can be gracefully transferred to a new mutually convenient date (after covering any non-recoverable expenses already incurred on my end).

Early departure
If for any reason our time together ends sooner than originally arranged, the full agreed rate for the booked duration still applies (e.g., a 5-hour reservation remains payable in full even if the meeting concludes after 1–2 hours).

Confirmed travel / hosting deposits
Deposits received for secured tours, travel arrangements, or hosting periods are strictly non-refundable due to committed costs and preparations.

Gift card deposits
Any deposits made via gift cards are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Same-day cancellations
Cancellations on the day of the appointment incur a 100% cancellation fee. Failure to settle this fee will unfortunately result in removal from future consideration (blacklist).

My cancellation
Should I need to cancel after receiving a deposit — even when I have offered alternative dates — the full amount will, of course, be returned to you immediately.

Safety & respect
If I must end communication or terminate a booking due to unsafe, coercive, disrespectful, or boundary-violating behavior, the arrangement concludes instantly and no refund will be issued.
